We accept returns and exchanges within 72 hours of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note:
All custom-made or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds or exchanges are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

REFUNDS

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.


WHOLESALE refund or return.

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ON WHOLESALE ORDERS DUE TO THE EXCLUSIVITY OF THE ITEMS.

Once the order has been processed and more than 15 business days have elapsed since payment and receipt thereof, the company will NOT be responsible for refunds or returns in case of cancellations by the client.
